I take the time to understand my client’s priorities. I explain the possible outcomes. Then I  ensure my clients understand the options available to them. This enables me to truly tailor my advice and the support I offer. I then work with my clients to find the best approach for them. This starts within the initial Fixed Fee Appointment.

From the outset, I provide clear, honest, and realistic advice.  In doing so, I adopt a constructive and pragmatic approach. Thereafter, I work hard to achieve a fair resolution tailored to each client’s individual needs and the needs of the family.

 As a result, I am proactive in finding amicable and fair solutions which meet the needs of the whole family. Whilst doing this, I adopt a strategic but holistic approach focused on my client’s goals.

A relationship breakdown can be one of the most worrying and stressful times in someone’s life. As a result, I aim to reduce the stress and anxiety which can be experienced. I do this by using my knowledge and expertise. Meanwhile, I am also committed to resolving matters as amicably and cost-effectively as possible.

Importantly, I believe that Court proceedings can be avoided in most cases. That is if the right approach is taken from the start. For this reason, I keep it amicable. Consequently, I only advise applying to Court when necessary.

As a member of Resolution, I am committed to their Code of Practice. This Code promotes a non-confrontational approach to disputes to reduce the conflict and focus on the whole family’s needs. This Code sets the foundation for my commitment to keeping it amicable.
