Levels of assistance
In considering the needs of each client and their family in a divorce we offer two alternatives for how we can help you.
Individual advice
Our Specialist Family Law & Divorce solicitor will act for one individual and in the first instance will prioritise that individual’s needs tailoring advice to them. At the same time, we help promote finding a solution that is fair and right for the whole family surrounding this.
Joint divorce advice for couples- Separate Together
Where divorcing couples are focused on taking a measured approach to achieve an outcome that is fair for the whole family and meets both spouses’ needs, we can act for both parties. This option removes the potential conflict that can arise with two opposing lawyers. This approach allows you to work together to decide how you move forward from the breakdown in your marriage.
Please note that not all couples and matters are suited for joint legal advice and the acceptance of instructions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
